This is a Honda Pioneer 1000 Dash panel. It has 5 switches and 3 accessory holes. It can accommodate a Voltage meter as well. You will receive plate and 4 rivets.

Due to variation in years: you will need to drill 4 new 3/16" holes to rivet on new plate.

NOTE: Please make sure your dash looks like picture!
